Where has the summer gone? We are already into July, the weather has been hot, and the plants love it. Everyone is doing good at PSK (and when I say everyone, I mean plants). The plants are growing quickly with all the hot weather and rain. Most of the plants are loaded with pods and are getting closer to harvesting. PSK is still doing out summer markets and plan to branch out into Effingham for their farmer’s market. Unfortunately, we will not be in Charleston anymore this season. Be on the lookout for fresh pods to be available in the next 30 days, it’s exciting! Get your Spice on!
